1. Download The TaxID Paperwork,
2. Type in all of the required information fields.
3. Save It on your computer in a place you can remember
   1. If you can not Save it., Simply Print It. and You will need to fax it to us.
   2. Fax it to 507-523-2708 (Only if you can not attach it to the application below)
   3. Write the Application Ticket Number on the Fax Cover Page

 

Step 2 - Dealer Application Form:

1. Fill Out the Dealer Application:
2. Enter All Information Asked.
3. Attach your W9 From Above to the Application
4. Hit Submit.
5. Write Down The Application Number You Receive. (Used for Tracking)

** If You Must Fax The W9 - Write The Application Ticket Number on the Fax Cover Page.

Once Complete You will Receive a Responce in 24 Hours by E-mail.

This email will include your account log-in information, and Account Manager contact info.
